Property types include non-complex single family homes, complex assignments of damaged or stigmatized properties, and multimillion dollar estates. We are service oriented and understand that you have a timeframe and we will strive to meet it. We are fully digitized and our reports are delivered error free within your timeframe. Each of our appraisers has over 20 years experience in the DFW area. Our office manager, Adrienne Dagley, carefully proofs each report and is available to address any administrative issue for you if the appraiser is in the field.

Relocation Appraisals are a specialty within appraisal services. The corporate client expects the relocation appraiser to perform a thorough analysis of the property and accurately project an anticipated sales price of the subject within a specific time frame. Mr. Goodrich is a long time member of Worldwide Employee Relocation Corporation (WERC). In addition, he is a member of Relocation Appraisers and Consultants (RAC) and has served as president and in other leadership positions. RAC is a national association of appraisers who specialize in relocation and complex appraisals. Collectively, they have "Written the Book" on relocation appraising.
